“Theek Kar Dungi” is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 5, 8, and 10 of the United Nations. The target is to provide complete security to the women and provide them with vocational skills. NAVTTC She Fixes program directly contributes to economic growth, gender equality, and reducing inequities among women, which take Pakistan towards success and growth. This equitable, women-only program aims to give Pakistani women the foundational skills they need to pursue careers in plumbing and electrical work, particularly because everyone has their own interests and skill sets.

The pilot program is available to women from all social backgrounds, including housewives and students, and offers them the chance to grow personally and professionally. This is the strength of the NAVTTC program and consultancy, they don’t force women to stay at home; instead, they give them the freedom to pursue their passions. It allows applicants to handle daily household problems independently, minimizing dependency on male family members. Applications open on March 11, 2024, via the NAVTTC website. Classes start on May 1, contingent on how women react to and provide input on this revolutionary project. Since these are distinct program courses, candidates may join after this one.

“Our goal is to transform women’s lives by providing practical skills and making their careers bright and wealthy,” emphasizes Gulmina Bilal Ahmad.
