The function of the NAVTTC is divided into 6 sections, which are mentioned below:
Policy Formulation
The first function is to develop policies and strategies to upgrade the quality and importance of technical and vocational education and training which is called the TVET Program in Pakistan.

NAVTTC Candidate Registration- STEPS
Here is the complete NAVTTC Candidate Registration process. All the steps are covered very briefly.
Step Number 1:
Click https://nsis.navttc.gov.pk/sign-in if you are interested in applying here.
If you are a New candidate, Click on the ‘Candidate’ button at the bottom of the screen also see the picture.
Type your full name, CNIC, passport & mobile number, and email address because these are required.
Provide a username and password of your choice and click the ‘Create account’ button just follow the steps.
Step Number 2:
You will be directed to the OTP verification page to activate your account by the number you entered before. Type your username and password to make sure the username and password are correct. Enter the 4-digit code received on your mobile number & email address for the verification. Click on the ‘Verify OTP’ button given below.
Step Number 3:
You can now see that the basic data you previously entered has been automatically filled in.
Only the remaining fields need to be filled up. Put your father’s entire name here. Make your choice of gender using the dropdown menu. Enter your birthdate using the calendar that is provided. Choose the location of the issue and the expiration date of your passport.
Choose your most advanced degree from the drop-down option. Enter your full address after choosing your district of residence and tehsil from the dropdown menu.
What is your job status right now? Click on the appropriate response. If you work abroad now, please provide the name of your employer and the nation you work in. Type your title and monthly pay as well because this is necessary.
Do you suffer from any disabilities? Select “Yes” or “No.”
After carefully checking your details, click “Update Account.”
Step Number 4: (For Paid Courses)
To download the Challan form, click the “Generate Challan” button. Print the Challan and pay the required amount at any National Bank of Pakistan branch (NBP). Please be aware that without payment, your application will not be considered.
Step Number 5:
Following the payment of the registration fee, Enter your password and username to access your account.
Put in your Challan number and the date you submitted the fee.
Decide the district you would want to take the exam in. You may view the available trades and assessment centers in your preferred location after choosing the district. From the dropdown menu, choose the assessment center and then trade. The exam date and testing location should be chosen, and after carefully checking the information you have filled out, click “Submit.”
Step Number 6:
Please choose “Dashboard” on the left side of your screen to view all the information related to your application after it has been submitted.
To download or print your NAVTTC roll number slip, click the ringed icon. Please keep in mind that to attend the assessment, you must bring a “printout of your roll number slip” to the assessment center.
